What is the thinking of a fresher..???
Everything starts from the scratch and the expansion depends upon the strategy and attitude....
This is the saying I have been listening from the last at least 15 years(.. in my short life of just 24 yrs...) as far I can recollect my memory. But every time I think about this for my career I come to a halt after 10mins only..I don't know whether I am the only one who is thinking this or every unemployed person thinks the same.
But this is for sure everybody comes to this point in life when he needs to think whether he is been going towards the right path or just wandering into the dark field.. and this is the real scenario for me now a days...I may be like an awkward, clumsy person at the moment but this is not only my story.. every fresher (.. or more specifically unemployed youth..) is like this only..
I have a vast list when it comes to friends and let me tell all of you most of them are either unemployed or having a non-relevant job in the hand which does not pay enough for their living..but I know this is just a matter of time..as is the saying..
every dog has its day..aur hum to fir bhe insaan hain..
(means..and after all we are the homosapiens..)
Lets get cheered up as new year is coming and it will bring good fortune for all of us...:-)

What to do in Recession...??
My both the previous posts were related to the necessity of job in one or another way...but now as we are facing the recession time in India too, we all are worried when will it be over...but is it really the time to depress ourselves...???
My answer will be straight a big NOOOO....
Let me explain why…first of all, as the Indians have always emphasized on becoming a superpower by 2020, we need to make our country self dependent. So if US are down, then why shouldn't we take advantage of this and get ourselves in a bigger league. We should start applying our own techniques for our own projects...we should develop projects for us...why to work for others when we know we can do it to make our living in a better way???& you will be thinking what we will get by this...the answer is ...WHAT the US people get when we work for them...? Think yourself and you know the answer... now I wouldn't say much for this...& are in a better phase now in the recession time if we take positive approach to tackle this... :-)

How do we pass entrance??
Till now you would have fairly chosen the course you want to get ourselves admitted to (…and if not, then do it now, there isn't much time left for submitting the forms...) and how to get ourselves in there.
As I have always heard thought and analysed myself, there are really three types of people, rather students, who exist in this world.
1. Dedicated group:: they must have thought and decided by now, which course is for them. Also have submitted forms for the top universities and will be waiting for more submissions...they study whole year from day one to last, grip each and everything, try to absorb more and more by practising, are serious kind a person and most important. BORING group (as I say)…There is so much to write about them, but lets put it for another post...-:)
2. MEDIOCRE group:: this group comes second whenever there is anything big in news…they know each and everything in advance, by their so called INSTINCTS (.. and their good network of friends..)but they don't show what they hv...dey are careful just enough to get them in eyes of every person, good or HEAD...They wud have atleast chosen the course by this time...
And now comes our the most BELOVED group
3. WASTE MATERIAL group:: these people hard to taught for anything…they neither listen, nor try themselves for having good. they just don't know what to do now and how to approach to that thing. They hv nothing...means ZERO in every category..
For passing the entrance for any course like MBA or MCA the need of self-dependency is must...if you believe in yourself, you can do it easily…Also the exam is going to be an objective type so no need to worry, just have a thorough study of essential course content and you are through. If given a time of 15 days, you can do pass the exam really.
no need to panic or get disturbed...you know the answers, just try the old techniques and you have cleared the exam...
so best of luck for the next exam and do crack it immediately...:-))

Need for success
There isn't anything better than getting success in your life...people try hard to get in their small span of life..everybody starting from a child or infant to a student to a professional to a matured person to an old person, you name one and will get a list of thousands, even lacs if the population is as large as our country, who want to get succeed in their lives..we try hard to find people who may be helpful to us in getting us our desired goal but do you really think they help us??? now thats a different story all together..our main aim in life is to get success whatever we are..
so what we need in getting ourselves into a big leap???
the answer is very simple...hardwork and little bit of luck...also motivation, concentration and all such words pay a lot of contribution in getting success...but all these are waste, of no use, if we don't do hardwork to achieve our goal...
If we have done hard part i.e. done our hardwork on what we want, what is the motive of our work, then there comes COMMITMENT issue...if we are committed to do a thing, we will do it..the destiny will automatically drive us to that level...we will get our goal of life with ease if we are committed to do a thing really we are starving for..so best of luck and start doing what you really want to do in your life...
Which is more beneficial?
There are so many professional courses in the market that one gets confused in choosing one…but MBA and MCA both have found solid top places among others..
Surely these two courses can make you think many a times before you go for a professional course. There are different advantages of one over the other which need to be considered strictly before you adopt one.
First of all, let’s consider MCA. Its a technical course which gives a deep study of programming languages, computer applications and architecture. Surely a course geek would love to go after.
Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a three-year (or five "regular" + one “training" =six semester) professional Master's Degree in Computer science. The course is designed to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in the field of Information Technology. It focuses on providing a sound theoretical background as well as good practical exposure to students in the IT field. It is intended to provide a modern, industry oriented education in applied computer science. It aims at producing trained professionals.
It covers various aspects of computational theory, programming, algorithm design and optimization, network and database management, mobile technologies, electronics, mathematics, probability, statistics, accounting, finance, etc.
There is no more fun than writing big codes, playing with applications...And the most important thing is u r in AC room all day..:)
I would say MCA is the best in the industry today. With so many software companies and loads of opportunities, the future is great for MCA students. Well Software / IT industry is on a low and you have lesser opportunities now in this field.
Now comes our managers favorite MBA...this is a course which I think is more practical in giving presentations, seminars, speeches etc. Talking effectively....oops...I mean having a good personality is an association with the MBA..it comes naturally in our mind once we think about MBA...but off course there are much more qualities in this course than we mind about.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a "Master's degree" in "Business administration", which attracts people from a wide range of academic disciplines. The MBA designation originated in the
the list for both is very heavy and u can get more information on internet( specially WIKIPEDIA), but its upto you, what you think is the best for you...

What is important for a job??
After doing my MCA with flying colors along with qualifying GATE in IT with 90 percentile, I thought 2008 will be better for me...okay in case of job, if not in everything...but the scenario changed from bad to worse(..nd I fear it may become worst..), I didn't even got a single interview call despite using naukri, monster, chetnas and many more..Then started the rounds of companies from one to another...And believe me, this wasn't a good idea at all...
Till this time, my training also got completed and I seriously needed the job..and here starts the real drama..I started calling friends, relatives, links( bros' mates, uncles ) and every sort of JOIN I can...I got call for 1 interview only(...so does anybody really cares????) ..nd I didn't make it..:-((
So, the bigger question is what the recruiters want??? A full scaled resume full of techie skills??? Experience??(and fresher will do what to get this??) References???
When it comes to call a person for interview, the candidate having reference is always preferred...what about us who work hard to kill papers, GATE, written tests???
Believe me, many of mine friends are in job..and the reason they have better references....
Now all of u will think what a crap it is..why I am sharing this??
My verdict will be...
Leave studies, Go out...and make good references..
they will help you in getting a good job much more than your studies..:-)
and if u get one, tell me too..:-))
